This is one of a series of images we’ve created of Dr Oz - celebrity doctor and regular columnist for Esquire magazine’s health section.

For this particular treatment we gathered as many vegetables as we could and then created a set of CG counterparts which allowed us to change their positions, sizes and texture digitally, instead of having to re-shoot photography.
